There are simple things you can do now that can have an immediate impact on how you feel — like adjusting your posture! 

 

Here’s a tip 👇

 

If you sit at a desk most of the day, check in with your posture more often.

 

✅ Answering a phone call? Sit up straight.

 

✅ Switching tasks? Check to see if your shoulders are back and your chin is level with the floor.
