As we come close to the end of another year, it's time to reflect on what worked and what still needs to improve.

Applying it to myself, I sat through it with my Coach and have decided few changes, here is the list, make a note, as it may impact you if not directly

but in an indirect way.

• Change in the Fee structure and rate, in compliance with the tax policies
• Change in Content distribution
• Change in Schedule of Coaching assignments

These changes are applicable from immediate effect.

What does it translate to?

Change in Fee structure - the pay-per-session fee rate is discontinued, and replaced with the original monthly fee option.

Change in content distribution - the exclusive content , which includes tools, techniques and new methodologies will now be confined to existing and past clients only.

Change in Schedule of Coaching assignments - a minimum of 4 sessions is mandatory for all coaching assignments.
