For pipe care you might want to check with a local plumber or water specialist cause I don't actually know.... I usually cross my fingers and close my eyes.

Which isn't very scientific at all. And also why we installed those winter proof faucets outside. Hopefully they will work.

Tomorrow as we hunker down on the East Coast, I'll be finishing up Midwives and then continuing Bonjour Tristesse. In between I'll probably continue my obsession with The Terminal List and squeeze in watching Miracle on 34th Street as well. The black and white version.

Oh, and the new season of Jack Ryan just dropped so I'll probably start that as well. I was thinking the other day how much I love watching action and thriller movies/shows but I rarely read them. I'm curious if I'm alone in that. Do you read and watch the same genre?
