Namaste ,


When was the last time you truly allowed yourself to FEEL into the experience of life? Perhaps you noticed the way the afternoon sunlight danced through the window, warming your skin, or the way the steam gently swayed as it rose above your fresh cup of tea as you gently inhaled the herbal aroma.


There are so many experiences in each and every moment that, at times, life can be a bit of a blur. But when we take the time to open and nurture our minds and hearts to notice, feel and truly experience all of the sensations within our being and in the world around us – then we are truly living. Truly being. Present in this moment and we, in turn, invite the wonder, curiosity, and awe back into our lives, into our hearts, and into our homes.
