What's your yoga style this week?


As we awaken each morning to a brand new day filled with possibilities and choices, we are presented with an opportunity to approach life with a curious mind, open heart, and kindness. Some days we may feel energised and ready to face the world, whilst others perhaps we desire a slower pace and space to unwind and to let go. The same can be said for our yoga practice.


Just as we as individuals evolve, shift and transform through life, our practice changes day to day as we are invited to meet our mind and body where we are in the present moment.


With this in mind, I'm excited to share the next evolution of Namakind as we head into the summer period. Over the coming weeks, you will notice some changes in the schedule to class styles & names (and perhaps even some new classes 😉). This is a heartfelt offering from me to you, our yoginis and yogis, who join me for classes each week.


I invite you to find the yoga styles and classes that resonate with you in the present moment each week, book your spot and I'll meet you where the sun meets the sea for practice 🧘🏼‍♀️



CLASSES THIS WEEK

Rest & Restore Yoga – TUESDAY 6pm (75min)

Tone & Flow Yoga – WEDNESDAY 7am (60min)


BOOK ONLINE


Single-class & multi-pass packs are available. Walk-ins are also welcome.

Classes are held at MacMasters Beach SLSC.
