NewYear, Same struggle?

We’re well into 2025 now—9 days in.
It’s not easy to start.
I see this on the gym floor. Not everyone is back yet. People are struggling with structure, feeling the January blues, not wanting to face reality, and still clinging to the Christmas dream.
When do you give up on your New Year’s resolutions? Two or three weeks in?
For most people, it happens—again and again.
I’m not calling you out; I'm just stating the obvious.
Dreams of losing 5kg, running a half marathon, or signing up for your first triathlon will have to wait for another time—a “better” time. Even Dry January feels like a drag this year.
But here’s the thing: that “better” time will never come.
Unless you change something.
So, you missed the January 1st start. So what? It’s not the end of the world. How about starting on the 14th? Or the 15th? Or the 16th?
It doesn’t really matter when you start. The best time to start was 10 years ago, and the second best time is today. Please don’t waste it.
