If I were to give you one piece of advice that could flip the way you think about fitness, it would be this: don’t wait for January.
January is chaos.
Gyms are packed, coaches are overloaded, and businesses are chasing the rush.
You won’t get the same attention, the same deal, or the same quality.
But right now, October, is gold.
The people who weren’t meant for the gym are already gone.
The ones who are serious are still here.
Coaches have more time to give you real guidance. And you’ve got three months before the New Year. Three months is plenty to nail the basics, build habits, and walk into January already confident, already knowing what to do.
On top of that, fitness businesses actually want new people now, which means you’re likely to get a better deal.
And I honestly don’t get why more people don’t start now.
