Hi,
After 20 years of coaching, I’ve realised something important:
The biggest struggles in fitness aren’t about willpower or how much you can lift.
They’re the things people don’t talk about.
Most of the time, clients keep these worries to themselves.
But I see them.
I know them.
And I want to share them with you today because you’ll realise you’re not the only one.
Here are 9 of the most common “unspoken” struggles:
- Afraid of looking silly or weak
- Quiet body image worries
- Feeling like progress is too slow
- Guilt about missing sessions
