Tue 17 Mar — Portfolio Roast (10am + 4pm SGT)

Wed 18 Mar — Resume Roast (10am SGT)

Thu 19 Mar — LinkedIn Roast (4pm SGT)

What to expect:

I'll share my screen. Walk through 3 portfolios (or resumes, or LinkedIn profiles — depending on the day) from people who submitted their work beforehand. Score each lens. Show exactly where the signal drops and what a hiring manager is actually seeing.

Then rewrite the biggest gap on the spot.

60 minutes. You can submit your own work for a chance to be reviewed, or just watch and take notes. The patterns repeat across almost every portfolio I've reviewed.

The designers who come to these usually leave with one sentence stuck in their head: "I had no idea that's what they were seeing."

That sentence is worth more than another weekend rewriting the same case study.
