This round will focus on presenting an asana effectively, covering key aspects of teaching methodology.

Session Details:

📅 Date: March 16th Sun

⏰ Time: 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM

⏳ Duration per Participant: 15 minutes

Presentation Requirements:

Each participant must present an asana, ensuring to include the following:

✅ Meaning of the Asana – English and Sanscrit 

  Limitations – Who should avoid it and why

✅ Step-by-Step Instructions – Clear and precise guidance

✅ Final Posture & Alignment – Reference to yoga sutras for proper execution

✅ Benefits – Physical, mental, and therapeutic advantages

✅ Precautions – Safety measures and contraindications

Marks: Your performance will be evaluated out of 40 marks. You may refer to the Asana Guide for reference and accuracy.
