Maximum Monday Christmas edition part 1.

Hey !
I hope you’ve had an amazing week.
I can't believe it's almost Christmas.
After a pretty turbulent year it's great that we can wrap up the year on a really positive note by spending more time with our nearest and dearest.
Looking back on this year really got me thinking.
How important it is not to take the little things for granted.
Also.
How important acceptance is for ourselves and for others.
Which we’re going to dive into a little bit today.
One other thing we’re going to touch on is the importance of letting go of who you used to be in order to become who you want to be.
All of this ties into fitness goals and life.
That's what this email is all about.
SELF ACCEPTANCE AND FORGING THE IDENTITY OF WHO YOU WANT TO BECOME.
Read time- about 60 seconds.
Enjoy!
FULL ACCEPTANCE OF OURSELVES.
Full acceptance of ourselves is the ultimate way to take ownership of any situation we face in the gym and in life. The interesting thing is when we get angry at something or someone it's because there is a part of ourselves that we’re yet to fully accept or own. Which highlights the parts of ourselves that we need to work on. As the saying goes if we gain the courage to conquer ourselves then we gain the power to win any battle we face.
TAKE AWAY- Our life is a mirror of what's going on inside of us.
WHO DO YOU WANT TO BECOME?
Ah the so called pinnacle of life. The ideal life position that we once had that we so desperately want to get back to. This is a very slippery slope. It's important to understand that if that pinnacle life position is achieved again it will always come back a little bit different. I had a big wardrobe cleanout last week and I let go of 80% of the clothing I own. 20 years worth, In order to become the person we want be we have to let go of what we once were. Clothing is a big reminder of all the situations and places we’ve ever been in our life. Which is the exact reason why we need to let a lot of it go. By doing that we wipe the slate clean and gain the ability to write the story of our future without being held back by our past.
TAKE AWAY- Let things go that aren't in line with your future direction.
Cool humans look after cool humans. If you really enjoyed this email today be sure to forward it on to them to spread the love.
Letting go of the past parts of ourselves that don't serve our future life is one of the fastest ways to progress.
See you next week 😊.
