Hi !


I hope you’ve had an awesome week.


This week I was listening to a hero with 1000 faces.


Also with life returning to some level of normality after lockdown Australia feels like it’s on the move again.


Now that the lockdown is nearly over I’m going to take a look at some gold nuggets that have came up during lockdown.


Ill do my best to make them relevant for you so you can walk away with some valuable perspectives that can be applied in your own life.


Lets call it the 10 quick hits to make Monday great.

  2. Be grateful for what you already have.
  3. If we got through this what else could we get through?
  4. it’s important to stay fit and healthy for the sake of our mental health.
  5. if you lifted weights in lockdown you rock. If not you suck (just kidding😂)
  6. We will now take a lot less for granted.
  7. The physical body influences the thoughts of the mind.
  8. It’s easy to think negative but it requires a lot of effort to think positive.
  9. Sleep is very important for our physical and emotional well being.
  10. The food we eat influences our body and our thoughts.


It very important to have the balanced perspective of positivity combined with reality.


At the end of the day we are what we attract.


So take personal responsibility for as much as you can.


Then and only then will you have gained the power to change it.
