Hey !
I hope you’ve been enjoying the maximum Monday emails.
It’s all about adding value and being of service in any way that I can.
I sincerely hope this one does that too😊.
There are 4 moving parts to master when it comes to getting great results with health and fitness.
If you get these firing on all cylinders it’s only a matter of time before great results get achieved.
Here they are!
1- PSYCHOLOGY AND HEADSPACE.
Habits and routines will effect psychology in a negative or positive way. Putting an individual in a great headspace or a destructive one.
2- THE RIGHT TYPE OF TRAINING.
It’s like swimming with the tide or swimming against it. Doing the wrong type of training will limit the speed of someone’s progress.
3- NUTRITION TIMING.
It’s not a matter of I can’t have this or I can’t have that. It’s a matter of knowing what to have and when.
4- REST, RECOVERY AND SLEEP.
Without enough rest, recovery and sleep all effort will be brought undone if rest, recovery and sleep are average.
On Thursday the 5th of November at 5pm I’ll be running a FREE 30 minute workshop over zoom that will dive into these subjects in more detail.
