I hope you’re enjoying your Sunday.
This week has all been about energy for me.
When it comes to our own personal energy it's honestly the fuel that helps us to be the best we can be.
Weather it be physical changes or any changes in life they all require a great amount of personal energy.
It's fair to say it's extremely beneficial.
So today we’re going to go over some little things that you can put in place to put more energy in the bank.

PUT IN GOOD FUEL AND YOUR BODY WILL REWARD YOU.
Have a real close look at what's going into your body. Food likes to fool us with the feeling of a psychological need more so than anything. When it comes to indulging food the lure can be how good it tasts but it falls short when it comes to getting energy back after we’ve consumed it. The biggest misconception is food can't taste good and be good for you. Which is completely untrue.
TAKE AWAY- Find healthy foods and recipes that you enjoy eating.
MOVE THAT BODY MORE.
Something as little as a 15 minute walk a day can be very beneficial. It's so important to keep the body moving. It's doesn't have to mean scheduling it into your calendar though. All it means is less time sitting and more time moving. You can even do laps around the house if you want to. Maybe even while you're working:) It's important to start with something that you know is achievable and from there it just becomes a game of ticking off the boxes.
TAKE AWAY- Move more and sit less.
MEASURE THE QUALITY OF YOUR SLEEP.
The easiest way to measure this is by how tired or fresh you feel when you first wake up in the morning. At the same time it can be a little tricky. You could be getting 8 hours or more of sleep a night and it can still leave you feeling fatigued. This is more an issue of sleep quality which can be pretty complex depending on the person. The other side of that is the amount of sleep which is much easier to fix.
TAKE AWAY- Getting to bed earlier never hurts.
