Hey !
I hope you’ve had a great week:)
This week I’m so proud of how much my clients have improved throughout our 12 week digital course.
There are so many courses that focus on delivering great info.
Which is awesome.
in order to make sure what you learn sticks then there has got to be an element of doing right?
So that’s what this week is going to be about.
How you can put yourself in the position to do more.
Read time- about 90 seconds.
Enjoy!
HAVE SOLID ROUTINES AND HABITS THROUGHOUT THE DAY.
Us human beings are creatures of routine and habit. Weather it be positive or negative, once we’re in the cycle of a set of specific routines and habits they can be hard to break. The first part of the battle is identifying the habits and routines that are promoting destructive behaviour. The second step is finding habits and routines that are going to promote more positive behaviour. Which is going to put you in a position to make better decisions and choices.
TAKE AWAY- As soon as you get out of bed do something that is going to put you into a positive headspace.
DO THE THING.
We can’t think our way to positive outcomes. It does help but if we don’t do anything then all of our efforts to put ourselves into a better headspace will be in vein. The more positive actions we take towards our goals the more our confidence grows. The more our confidence grows the better results we get. The routines we have promote our actions. So if you’re not taking action on your goals it would be a great idea to ask yourself what your routines and habits are like throughout the day.
TAKE AWAY- Think less and act more.
IF YOU FALL OFF THE HORSE GET BACK ON QUICK.
It’s going to happen. You’re going to fall off the horse. It’s most likely going to happen a number of times. What’s most important is how you respond when you do. So many of us can fall into the self beating phase. The pity party for 1 ain’t going to get you anywhere. Give yourself room to grow, give yourself the room to make mistakes and cut yourself some slack. It’s part of the journey and process. Accept it and embrace it.
TAKE AWAY- When you fall off the horse get back on as quick as you can.
BE A COOL HUMAN
Cool humans look after other cool humans.
So if you liked this email, take a moment to think of another cool human that would benefit from it and share it with them by forwarding this email.
So have a solid routine that supports you, DO your thing and get back on that damn horse.
Much love legends.
See you next week😊.
