I hope you're off to a flying start this week:)


MONDAY is here and it's time to DOMINATE IT.


So lets crack right in!


I've done a lot of meditating this week which has given my energy levels some punch. .


So my aim is to do the same for you.


It's TIME to get after it!.


Morning workouts, meat and nut breakfast, stretching for sleep and the importance of journalling.

1- EXERCISE IN THE MORNING.

1 minute is better than no minutes. Working out in some way, shape or form in the morning primes the mind and body by getting them to work together which gets your day off to an awesome start.


Try this- Push ups or running on the spot for 5 minutes first thing.


2- BREAKFAST IS THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY.

It's the most important meal of the day for a reason. So filling your body with quality nutrients before you kick your day off is crucial. Protein, good fats and veggies are the way to go.


Try this- Meat, nut and veg breakfast.


3- STRETCH FOR A BETTER NIGHT SLEEP.

I can't tell you how many times this one has worked for me. Stretching the neck, shoulders and hips will get you an amazing night sleep if it's done the right way. Every time I go through a stretching routine that involves these 3 sections of the body it works every time.


Try this- Start a stretching routine that involves the neck, shoulders and hips that goes for 10-15 minutes right before you get into bed for the night.


WEEKLY POWER MOVE.

Spend some time journaling on the good things that happened in your day 2 hours before bed.


Be a cool person.

Cool people look out for other cool people.
