Week 5- Nutrition and training (week 2).

This week we're expanding on nutrition and training.


There have been several additions to our nutrition, cardio and resistance training components.


We're giving you more choices and we're also lifting our standards.


We're lifting the bar for GIF points.

  • For each complete meal you get 1 point.
  • For each completed workout you get 1 point.
  • For each part of your nighttime routine you get 1 point.
  • 8 plus points per day = Amazing GIF.
  • 5 plus points per day = "Clap" GIF.
  • 3 plus points per day = "soso" GIF.
  • less than 3 points per day = "trip over" GIF.


Our clear focus for this week is to get as close to the OUTSTANDING result standard as we can.


The outstanding result standard.

  • 6 complete meals a day.
  • 5-6 workouts per week.
  • 7-8 hours of quality sleep per night.


This is a measuring stick to use in order to accurately measure you results up until this point of your journey and also in the future.
