Hey !
So it's the first week I've been working 2 seperate jobs.
One in sales and one in fitness.
It's been a big week to say the least.
With discomfort comes growth.and that's what this weeks email is going to be all about.
So get ready for some words of wisdom.
NO DECISION, GROWTH AND KINDNESS.
Read time- about 90 seconds.
Enjoy!
NOT MAKING A DECISION IS STILL A DECISION.
Making decisions fast will create certainty within you. Indecisiveness is the enemy of our self confidence. Not making a decision isn't always a bad thing though. If you know the road ahead is positive by doing so.It's non decisions made with uncertainty that can bring negative consequences with it.
TAKE AWAY- Be very calculated with decisions and non decisions..
BE WILLING TO GROW.
Growth is not meant to be comfortable. Even as little as 5 years ago my mantra was if it doesn't feel good don't do it. Little did I realise I was putting limits on my ability to grow and advance to a better position in life. Embrace the discomfort because we don't get anywhere worth going by being comfortable.
TAKE AWAY- In feeling uncomfortable lays our opportunities for growth.
KINDNESS PAYS.
It pays for us and for others. A neighbour of mine just knocked on our front door and offered us 4 homemade cupcakes. The exact number of members in our family. I don't even recall speaking to them before and yet by providing a simple gesture of kindness just because she wanted to has made everyones day better without the expectation of receiving anything in return. How cool is that?
TAKE AWAY- What we do comes back to us.
BE A COOL HUMAN
Cool humans look after other cool humans.
So if you liked this email, take a moment to think of another cool human that would benefit from it and share it with them by forwarding this email.
So make tough decisions, be willing to get uncomfortable for the sake of growth and be kind to others even if they don't deserve it.
See you next week:)
