This week we're diving right into nutrition and training.

We are going to have a very CLEAR focus this week.


  • For each complete meal you get 1 point.
  • For each completed workout you get 1 point.
  • For each part of your nighttime routine you get 1 point.
  • 6 plus points per day = Amazing GIF.
  • 3 plus points per day = "Clap" GIF.
  • 1 plus points per day = "soso" GIF.
  • 0 points per day = "fall over" GIF.
