Week 2- Afternoon routine.

The afternoon routine is here!
This is going to help you get back to your best after the effects on the morning routine wear off.
It's important to make sure we're maintaining our consistency throughout the day and the afternoon routine is such a valuable cog in the chain to keep you in the right mindset.
It's also very important to be able to fly through to the end of our day in a predictable way.

Please ensure you click the button to get up to speed on what we're doing this week otherwise what i'm going to share isn't going to make as much sense.
We've got another fun challenge for you this week to keep you on track.
Everything you do for this weeks challenge will score you points again.
we're building the afternoon routine into our morning routine points system.
The point system is as follows.
Meditation
10 minutes = 1 point
Breathing
1 round = 1 point
walking
10 minutes = 1 point
contrast therapy shower
15 second cycles for hot and cold = 1 point
You can use this system however you want. If their is one you like do do more then rack up the points by doing it as often as you can.
SO YOU CAN PICK 1 AND DO IT 10 TIMES A DAY IF YOU WANT TO. WHICH WOULD GIVE YOU 10 POINTS.
You'll still be totalling up your morning routine points and adding your afternoon points into it.
MORNING ROUTINE GIF'S STAY THE SAME:
0 POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST " FLAKE" GIF.
1-3 POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST "I DID IT" GIF.
3-5 POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST "MIKE DROP" GIF.
5+ POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST "KING OR QUEEN" GIF.
PLUS
AFTERNOON ROUTINE GIF'S
0 POINTS = YOUR BEST "CRASH" GIF.
1-2 POINTS = YOUR BEST "I'M TRYING" GIF.
3-4 POINTS = YOUR BEST "HEATING UP" GIF.
5+ POINTS = YOUR BEST "NAILED IT" GIF.
Weekends = double points as always.
