It’s time for Max Power MONDAY.


Let’s get the week off to a powerful start shall we?


I’ve gone through RIDICULOUS levels of personal growth over the past couple of months.


So today’s email is going to be sharp, to the point and full of ways to maximise your personal growth.


Without further ado let’s dive right in.


Begin each day on purpose, finish sleepy, suns out guns out, and uplifting music.

1- HAVE A DELIBERATE NIGHT TIME ROUTINE.

When darkness hits the wind down to sleep should begin. Your body and mind NEED to know that sleep is coming. It’s time to promote darkness.


Try this- Eliminate all light an hour before sleep.


2- HAVE A DELIBERATE MORNING ROUTINE.

From the moment we get out of bed everything needs to be done on purpose. No matter how big or small. Plan meticulously and execute with precision. How we do one thing is how we do all.


Try this- Walk for 30 minutes first thing.


3- GET 80% OF MONDAYS TASKS DONE IN DAYLIGHT HOURS.

The natural cycle of the day is darkness, sunrise, daylight, sunset and darkness. Daylight signals to our brains that it’s time to be awake. This is the best time to get the majority of our work done. Go within the natural cycle of the day.


Try this- Have a cut off time for when tasks stop.


WEEKLY POWER MOVE.

Listen to music that is going to lift your spirits throughout the day. Music has the power to influence our mood. Make sure your ears are listening to something uplifting.


Be a cool person.

Cool people look out for other cool people.
