Week 1- Morning Routine.

The morning routine is here!
This is going to help you be at your best as soon as the day starts which is so important to creating awesome results.
It's also very important to have a morning routine that puts you in a position to be at your best everyday.
Without further introduction here it is
Please ensure you click the button to get up to speed on what we're doing this week otherwise what i'm going to share isn't going to make as much sense.
Firstly Ignore the last part of the document.
Secondly we've got a little fun challenge for you this week to keep you on track.
Everything you do for this weeks challenge will score you points.
I'll add you all into a facebook group and we'll do a daily report for 21 days in a row.
The point system is as follows.
Meditation
10 minutes = 1 point
Breathing
1 round = 1 point
Barefoot walking
10 minutes = 1 point
Cold shower
15 seconds = 1 point
You can use this system however you want. If their is one you like do do more then rack up the points by doing it as often as you can.
SO YOU CAN PICK 1 AND DO IT 10 TIMES A DAY IF YOU WANT TO. WHICH WOULD GIVE YOU 10 POINTS.
WHEN WE DO THE CHECKINS ON THE FACEBOOK GROUP:
0 POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST " FLAKE" GIF.
1-3 POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST "I DID IT" GIF.
3-5 POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST "MIKE DROP" GIF.
5+ POINTS PER DAY = YOUR BEST "KING OR QUEEN" GIF.
Weekends = double points.
This has been designed so you guys have fun while getting yourself into some great habits in the morning.
