Heeyyy Mike! It’s Time to give that Monday a POWER BOOST video game style!


My levels of self awareness have increased DRAMATICALLY over the past couple of weeks.


So today’s email is going to be short and full of deliciousness.


So let’s get stuck into it.


Priming the mind, sleepy Sunday’s and early Monday’s complete with a weekly POWER BOOST.

1- GET TO BED EARLY ON SUNDAY

So why get to bed early on a Sunday? Because every hour of sleep before midnight is worth 2. So you’ll get up on a Monday feeling fresh.


2- GET UP EARLY ON MONDAY.

Early to bed and early to rise means getting enough sleep. Waking up an hour earlier means getting an hour of the day back. Which might not seem like much but imagine if you did it every day for a year.


3- START OFF MONDAY WITH A HABIT THAT WILL PRIME YOUR MIND.

It could be meditation, a morning walk or a workout. It doesn’t matter. Take some time for yourself first thing in the morning and this will ensure you’ll start off the day in a great mental space.


TRY THIS FOR A WEEKLY POWER BOOST.

finish the day or take a break on a high. Too many times we wait until our day isn’t going well before we take a break or finish.


Be a cool person.

Cool people look out for other cool people.
