Why gratitude is good for your health

Happy Thursday, !
Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!
I know you’ve probably got a LOT going on today / this week / weekend, so I’ll give you something short and sweet to think about today…
If you want to experience more ease, joy, and even better health…
Practicing gratitude is where it all starts.
Not just on holidays or when things are good…
But by DECIDING to be grateful every day, no matter what.
It might sound “fluffy,” but there’s a science to back this up.
Like one study that showed how daily gratitude helped people reach their goals faster in a 10-week period…
Other studies have confirmed how powerful gratitude can be for coping with stress, boosting mental clarity, and even improving physical health.
There’s a myth that if you're grateful for what you have, you’ll stop pushing to achieve more…
But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
If you’re still striving for your full-body transformation, better gut health, and a body free from chronic symptoms, gratitude keeps you moving forward.
It shifts your mindset to one of abundance and possibility…
Which means instead of focusing on what's missing, you’re able to build on what’s already working for you.
So today, I encourage you to take a moment to reflect on your progress, no matter how small, and give yourself credit.
Gratitude isn’t about settling — it’s about fueling your journey to become the best version of yourself.
I’m so grateful you found your way into my world, and I hope you have a fantastic holiday and the rest of your week and weekend!
Committed to your health and happiness,
Coach Lu
