Feeling like the “new year, new you” energy is fading? You’re not alone. Life gets busy, and motivation can dip. But here’s a simple way to stay focused all year:
**Write a 12-Month Time Capsule Letter.**
It’s quick (just 10 minutes!) and powerful.
Here’s how:
1️⃣ Write a letter to your Dec. 31, 2026, self.
2️⃣ Describe the life you’re creating—how you feel, what you’re proud of, and what your typical day looks like.
3️⃣ Be specific: What routines have become second nature? What pain or challenges have you overcome? What energy and confidence are you carrying?
Once you’re done, tuck the letter away somewhere safe. Then, at the end of each month, pull it out and read it.
Why? Because motivation comes and goes. This letter will reconnect you to your vision and remind you of the version of yourself you’re working toward.
So, what do you want to be most proud of at the end of the year?
