Everything changed when I started to leave more blank space on my calendar…
The more I unplug, the more I feel more balanced and focused.
This is so important when you’re working towards a big fitness goal or transitioning to a healthier lifestyle.
Rest days aren’t just about giving your body time to recover — they’re also for your mind and spirit.
Without those moments of stillness, it’s easy to burn out or forget why you started.
It might feel counterintuitive, and it’s not always easy to disconnect, but taking that time almost always brings you back with more clarity, energy, and focus.
