Better digestion in 2 minutes?

Happy Saturday, !
Let me ask you something real quick…
How do you *usually* feel right before dinner?
For most busy individuals, it’s one of two things (especially during the holidays!):
1️⃣ Rushed (running in the door, starving, or multitasking)
2️⃣ Wiped out (mentally drained, emotionally depleted, low blood sugar, or just DONE)
And when you feel like that and sit down to eat… this is usually the end result:
- You snack while cooking (and then eat a full meal anyway).
- You eat too fast… and then feel too full.
- You crave sugar or wine after dinner.
- You feel bloated and exhausted afterward.
So here’s a little daily deposit that takes just 2 mins but can change everything:
Your 2-Minute Pre-Dinner Reset Ritual:
Step 1: Set a timer for 60 seconds
Step 2: Breathe in for 4 counts → hold for 4 → exhale for 6
Step 3: Repeat for a minute (or two, if you’ve got it)
That’s it!
This reset will help your body shift out of “fight or flight” mode so you can actually digest your food, absorb it, and feel relaxed while you’re eating.
(And for my clients who deal with things like emotional eating, poor digestion, blood sugar crashes, or late-night snacking, this is a simple KEY habit that helps them in a big way.)
Give it a try and let me know if it makes a difference!
Keep up the good work,
