My 5 AM SMART Morning Routine – Would You Create Yours?

Have you ever wanted to create a powerful morning routine but found it hard to stick with?
The key isn’t just waking up early—it’s having a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) system that fits your life.
I’ve been following the same morning routine every day, and it has transformed my productivity, energy, and focus. Here’s what my 5 AM SMART routine looks like:
✅5:00 AM – Wake up, use the washroom, freshen up
✅5:05 AM – Drink ACV water
✅5:10 AM – 10 minutes of silence (mindfulness/meditation)
✅5:20 AM – Self-reflection journaling
✅6:00 AM – Fit in 15 session with my clients
✅6:30 AM – Reading and posting content
✅7:00 AM – Start my workday
This system works for me because it’s structured, simple, and sustainable helping me show up as my best self every day.
