This is Nick with Texas Care Center. I’m reaching out to follow up regarding mental health counseling services. You may have already been referred to our Admin Manager to begin the process, but I wanted to personally check in.

If you or your child still need counseling and have not been contacted — or if you’re unsure where things stand — just reply to this email. I’ll follow up directly to see where you are in the process and make sure you get connected.

I currently work with two clinic locations (Southwest Houston and the 1960 area). Even if you’re outside those areas, we have providers who can offer services in your home, at your child’s school, or virtually. As long as you’re in the Greater Houston area, we can usually make it work.
