Happy Holidays from the Bureau of ... Gelato?

Dec 21, 2020 12:56 am

Mistake of the day: I can't claim this as a voice recognition mistake, because I tripped over my own tongue when trying to say Bureau of Geology. But there definitely should be a "Bureau of Gelato."

I keep forgetting to give a big THANKS to the people who sent me cat names. Here are the ones I used in Christmas Cookies at the Cat Café:

Cindermew (from Lynne), Tinsel and Twinkles (from Dolores), Brady (from Jennifer), Princess (from Celita and Suzi), Miles (from Karen and Penelope), Chance (from Lyra), and Bella Luna (from Suzi).

I think that's it in this book, but I'll need more next time!

Happy Holidays, from my house to yours. Panda wishes you a very relaxing winter.

If you need some last-minute gifts and the mail won’t get them there in time, you can send e-books as gifts! For cat and romance lovers, consider the Cat Café Collection, the first three books in the series. (e-book $7.99; print $14.99). To send someone an e-book from Amazon, look at the righthand side of the page for the “buy for others” button. See the 3-book Collection here or visit the Furrever Friends Sweet Romance series page for the individual books.

I have an interview at Ellen Mint Books on Christmas Cookies at the Cat Café. Questions include:

What scene did you adore writing in this book?

What is your heroine’s favorite Christmas tradition?

Does your hero love or hate snow?

Read it here.

Cute of the day: Previously, we had unflattering dog photos, so how about some unflattering cat photos? Overall, I'd rate the cats as a bit more dignified than the dogs, but that's usually true.

Here’s a panoramic photo from Salt River Canyon in Arizona. Hubby and I sometimes drive through it to visit my Mom.
