Treat of the Week from Kris: I tried something new for lunch. Instead of a BLT, a BC—a bacon and coleslaw sandwich. My husband added onion and red bell pepper to his (for a BCOBP?). Very tasty, and a good alternative when one of you dislikes tomato. I make my own coleslaw with shredded cabbage, mayo, and either horseradish or mustard.
