We’re enjoying cooler fall weather. Since Doug is in southern California and Chris is in New Mexico, October doesn’t necessarily bring the typical bulky sweaters and leaves changing colors. Doug’s Rom Com Faves (Spooky Edition): Shaun of the Dead (2004)

Shaun’s girlfriend, Liz, dumps him for being a slacker. Will a zombie apocalypse give him the opportunity to win her back? This comedy-horror movie is hilarious, mildly scary, sometimes heartbreaking and sometimes heartwarming. The characters are loveable and Shaun and Liz feel like a realistic couple with realistic relationship problems.
