It's spring 🌷 and we're predicting ... zombies? 🧟‍♀️

Error of the Day: I was writing a review of a picture book on my Kindle. "This is fiction, but it could be used to discuss fact versus ..." Predictive text suggested: "zombies." 😲

Here in New Mexico, it feels like winter early in the morning and spring in the afternoon. Panda and Bear the ferrets still think it’s good weather for snuggling.

Wildlife Link: In the upcoming Bengals and Billionaires (working title), our characters visit a big cat rescue and see, among other things, a mountain lion. Check out this video of a mountain lion with four kittens! “Mountain lion kittens stay with their mothers learning important survival skills until they're 18 months old.” Imagine raising four babies and then four toddlers at once.  Watch it here.

Speaking of billionaires, how do you feel about them? They seem very popular in romance, although there aren't many billionaires I'd want to meet in real life. The rich guy in my book is different from the typical alpha in most romance novels. He's sweet and geeky and gave up his tech company to work at the cat café. I'm wondering if I should change the title as it might be misleading. Feel free to reply to this email and let me know what you think.

My friend Chelsi’s cat Tigerlily has some inspiring advice for you:

Cool Info of the Day: 11 Strange Cat Behaviors Finally Explained: Why do cats like small spaces like boxes? Why does your cat pat your face when you're trying to sleep? Why do they hiss, chew on plants, ignore you, follow you to the bathroom? This video explains.

Woot! I’m celebrating because Coffee and Crushes at the Cat Café has over 100 reviews, with a 4.4 star average. For some readers, seeing a lot of good reviews acts as social proof that the book is worth trying. Plus, it makes us authors feel good. So thanks to everyone who reviewed!

You should find a review link at the end of each ebook, or if you scroll to the end on Kindle, it will automatically take you there. You can also go on to Amazon, look at the book name, go down to reviews, and click the button to post your own.
