Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! I feel like my whirlwind of a couple months is finally slowing down, and I am really excited to take a couple of days to really rest and recoup after a big course launch, lots of podcast recording, and live classes and sessions. My plan is to go enjoy the fresh snow we have and bake sourdough. No surprises there. 🥖 What do you like to do to recoup and rest so you can come back better?


We'll keep it short again this week. Here are the things I want you to know:

  1. For episode 27 of The Resource Doula podcast, I interviewed Amanda Montalvo and asked her the questions YOU submitted on Instagram! Watch on YouTube here or listen here.
  2. Alaska Locals: Yoga Shack Classes are happening this week: Ladies Night Out is on Friday at 7-8:30pm. We'll have snacks and drinks and it'll be a fun time where Dani Schmaltz - pelvic floor physical therapist - and I will be up front talking and answering your TMI questions (you can anonymously submit) about pelvic floor, poop, sex, leaking, prolapse, etc. Functional Flow is on Saturday morning: it'll be a 50-minute class where we'll be moving the whole time, working through equipment free exercises that are natural and functional. Both classes have room still, so grab a friend and come join us! If you haven't registered yet, be sure to do that here.
  3. Do you work with women or just want to learn more about pelvic floor, prolapse, incontinence, pelvic pain, and diastasis? Kim Vopni (aka The Vagina Coach) and I are co-teaching the Pre/Postnatal Exercise Specialist Certification May 20-21 in Wasilla at Innergy! $597/person, 9-5 each day.
