It's hard to believe that this is the last week of November. Last week, Kim Vopni - my mentor/colleague/THE Vagina Coach - flew up to Alaska from Vancouver BC, and we re-filmed our pelvic floor and core fitness certification! We had a blast, worked hard, and are happy with how the videos turned out. While we still have a lot of work to do to put it all together with updated slides, we are really excited about this course revamp and evolution. We aim to have it finished and published by January, and our first live course we're teaching with the new content will be February 8-9 at MVMNT Studio in San Diego!
