Tasty Tuesday: Tandoori Chicken

Hello ,



Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp Tandoori Spice Paste
  • 3 tbsp plain yogurt
  • 1 lb. chicken breasts cut into 2-inch pieces (boneless and skinless) or 2 lbs. chicken leg quarters with bone and skin.
  • Salt if needed.


Instructions:

  • In a bowl, mix Tandoori Spice Paste and yogurt. 
  • Spread the marinade over the chicken pieces, coating well on both sides. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. 
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Remove the chicken from the marinade and arrange it on a baking sheet with 1/2-inch space between pieces, uncovered, for about 40 minutes, until cooked through. 
  • Serve with cauliflower rice, salad, and grilled veggies. (If you do not have any health issues like T2 Diabetes, you can have it with rice)
