Hello ,


Per reports, the flu has reached its highest level in the U.S. in 25 years


How to support your body,


  1. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate - Your immune system can’t function without fluids. Aim for 20 oz of water with a pinch of Baja Gold mineral salt, and repeat every few hours. Stay hydrated.
  2. Sleep well - Good rest is powerful, and it is where immune repair happens. Give your body good rest. Stay rested.
  3. Keep food simple - Drink plenty of soups and bone broths.
  4. Movement - Light movement can help circulation. Listen to your body and do what is possible.
