Tasty Tuesday: 5 Minute heathy Salad

Tuna Salad


Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna in water, drained well
  • 1 tbsp (15 g) full fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 stalk of celery (30 g), finely diced
  • Onion (8 g), finely diced (Optional)
  • 1 small 0 carb pickle spear (26 g), finely diced
  • Squeeze a little fresh lemon juice (~1/4 tsp)
  • Sprinkle a little garlic powder (~1/16 teaspoon)
  • Salt/Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine all ingredients and mix combine.
  2. Serve over a bed of greens, in a cucumber boat or tomato wedge.
  3. Or if you do not have any health issues - have it on a healthy piece of bread, or tortilla, or even as dip with tortilla chips.
