Tasty Tuesday 🍞Cloud bread

How have you tried this healthy low-carb cloud bread?
It's made with fluffy, cloud-like egg whites, hence the name cloud bread.
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs separated, room temperature
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp spices (optional) - I added chives
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Whip the egg whites with 1/2 tsp baking powder until stiff peaks and set aside.
- Add the egg yolks in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg white mixture a little at a time until it's all incorporated.
- Pour this into a parchment-lined and greased 9 by 5 loaf pan.
- If making sandwich buns, use a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake on the middle shelf of the oven for 50 minutes for the loaf or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean and it's golden brown. Note: If making sandwich buns, bake for 30 minutes and check for doneness.
