Do you make pumpkin pie?

Here is a healthier version that you can try.


Ingredients:

15 oz pumpkin puree, canned

4 eggs

¼ cup unsweetened almond milk

½  tsp salt

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

½  tsp cinnamon

1 tsp Monk fruit sweetener


Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Pour into a pie plate.
  3. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 35-40 minutes more, until pie is set.
