You only have to get up early enough to allow yourself time for the things that are important for you, in order to start your day off right.
โฐ Over the past few years Iโve seen โperfect morning routinesโ online that would take hours to get through. Plus, they are virtually impossible for anyone with family responsibilities.
Thereโs a much better approach to a long, drawn-out morning routine.
๐Just get up early enough so that you can get through all of the things you need to do in the morning โฆ. but donโt feel RUSHED.
