Thatโ€™s why by 4 PM, so many people feel like their willpower is nonexistent.

Hereโ€™s how to start:


โœ… Pick your โ€œdefault mealsโ€ for the week.

Same 2โ€“3 breakfasts and lunches on rotation = less thinking = more follow-through.

โœ… Simplify your workouts.

Choose one go-to option for busy days (like a 20-minute walk after dinner).

โœ… Batch the small stuff ahead of time.

Set out your clothes. Pre-log meals. Meal prep while you can. 


Every little decision you make in advanceโ€ฆ

Is one less youโ€™ll have to make when your brainโ€™s running on fumes.


The more predictable your routine gets, the easier it is to stick with!
