We're entering the final stretch of 2024, and before we know it, we'll be welcoming the New Year.
If we were to have a conversation one year from now, what would be a remarkable health & fitness achievement that would fill you with pride?
Take a moment to vividly visualize how this accomplishment would look and feel on you.
Maybe you've successfully shed 20 pounds and can slip into your favorite outfit once more.
Maybe you've overcome that nagging pain, enabling you to savor all your cherished activities and putting an end to those constant injuries.
Whatever it may be, try to transport yourself ā both physically and emotionally ā to that place and bask in the wonderful feeling.
