Happy Sunday, !

How is it possible that it’s December 10th already? Thanksgiving is over, and the holiday season and New Year’s are right around the corner.

Here’s a not-so-fun fact: Did you know that the average person gains 7-10 pounds between Thanksgiving and New Year’s?

Depressing but true.

So what can you do about it?

The Zero-Pound Challenge.

You read that right.

Zero pounds.

Most programs are focused on losing weight, but that may be an overly ambitious goal this time of year.

Now, that doesn’t mean it’s time to go hog wild. We want to be reasonable and enjoy the season responsibly.

If you simply shift your focus from unrealistic weight loss to simply not weighing 1 pound more on New Year’s Day than you do today, you’ll be light years ahead of most people.

There will be no need for New Year’s Resolutions (which usually fail, anyway) or extreme diet or exercise come January. You’ll simply be able to settle back into a normal, less indulgent routine.

One more thing: If you’re currently exercising … don’t stop! Let’s acknowledge that our calorie intake is going to be up a bit this month, so it’s the worst possible time to take a break from your workouts.

And if you’re not currently exercising … I have a great way for you to start TODAY … with ZERO risk... Just reply back, and I’ll get you all the details.

Make it an amazing evening,

Coach Lu
