Thereโ€™s a simple way to make gratitude a habit:

 

๐ŸชฅFind something you do every day โ€“ like brushing your teeth โ€“ and while youโ€™re doing it, list out the things youโ€™re grateful for in your head (and allow yourself to actually FEEL thankful).
