Especially for busy individuals juggling their kids, work, and personal wellness goals.
Here are a few ways to support this shift for your fitness and wellness:
→ Prioritize strength and stability exercises
Strength training, Qigong, and low-impact sessions to support bone density, joint health, and lean muscle retention.
→ Get outside, even if it’s chilly.
Just 10–20 minutes of natural light (especially before 2 p.m.) can boost your mood, sleep, and hormone balance.
