Let’s reframe this one to how many MINUTES a week you should work out.

According to US guidelines (similar to those around the world), when it comes to cardio/aerobic exercise, adults should aim for:
● Between 150 to 300 minutes of moderate cardio (ex. 30 mins/5 days a week), or
● 75 minutes to 150 minutes of “vigorous” intensity, (ex. 25 mins/3 days a week)
👉PLUS … guidelines call for adults doing resistance training workouts 2 or more days a week.
