How are you doing today? You haven’t heard from me for a little while because I decided to practice what I preach, take the bull by the horns and set out to create a new and exciting life for myself. I decided that I wanted to live my dreams…. And one of those dreams was to travel the world.

Yeah. I hear you. Why would a single, middle age woman get up, leave her good, stable job and go traipse all over the world?

Answer.., Because I want to 🙂

I followed my heart and my dreams and now my soul sings in delight as I am soooo contented.

, from this place of contentment I’ve been able to create a couple of courses to show you how to get to that place in your own life where you can say, “I don’t give a &*^%!” I am going to live and enjoy my life while I’m still alive!!!!

So, let’s break free from the shackles of past abuse and humiliation! Together, we can navigate towards a world of freedom and choice, where happiness, contentment, and safety are within reach.
