Have you ever reached a moment when you knew you couldn’t keep living the same way? When the old patterns weren’t just uncomfortable anymore—they were unbearable?

If you’re feeling that now, I want you to embrace this powerful feeling. It may feel icky, confusing, and painful; but this is transformation in motion. And today, Valentine’s Day, is the perfect time to celebrate your growth.

So often, we think of Valentine’s as a day to express love outwardly. But what if today was about honoring the deepest love of all—the love you’ve shown yourself through learning, acknowledging your past, growing, and healing?

Transformation has its stages, and the first is The Decision—when you realize something has to change. It’s that soul-level knowing that whispers, You were meant for more than this.

Then comes The Messy Middle—the stage where old patterns try to pull you back, and doubt creeps in. This is where most people give up, thinking the struggle means they’re failing. But in reality, the discomfort means you’re right in the heart of your transformation. It’s the shedding of what no longer serves you, the breaking open before the breakthrough.

And finally, there’s Integration—where the new way of being becomes natural, where you embody the wholeness you’ve been working toward. Where you no longer have to force it; you simply are.

So today, I invite you to shift your perspective on love.

💖 Celebrate yourself for choosing growth, even when it was hard. 💖 Honor the courage it takes to let go of what no longer serves you. 💖 Trust that even if you’re in the messy middle, you are right where you need to be.

This Valentine’s Day, love yourself enough to keep going. Love yourself enough to embrace the transformation. Because the deeper you go, the more radiant you become.
