The Most Common Question About Forgiveness
Mar 04, 2024 2:00 pm
Well hello there ,
Are you a fan of brain teasers? I absolutely love them, and there's one particular question that never fails to come up - a whopping 23,0987 times a day to be exact.
So, what's the question, you ask?
It's quite amusing how often I get hit with this, but what's even more intriguing is that my answer hasn't changed in the 15 years I've been running retreats and courses on the topic.
Let's not beat around the bush - my response isn't your typical holier than thou 'expert' jargon. I'm not here to throw politically correct fluff out the window or give shallow advice. I've been in the same boat where forgiveness seemed incredibly difficult. In fact it was *^@$ing hard.
Here's the real deal, straight from the trenches:
Forgive, but don't forget.
After tackling this issue with countless individuals, I am confident that by following my well-laid-out process and delving into the videos, worksheets, meditations, and exercises in the Navigating the Challenges of Forgiveness course, you will not only break the back of your challenges with forgiveness, but also following the manageable steps in the course, easily navigate the turbulence you feel when facing the people who have hurt you.
Do you have another question for me? Shoot it my way and let this brain keep bouncing ideas. Ready? Surprise me.
